What you will do
- Participate in the overall execution of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, the launch of new product features, and other projects as required;
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including data analytics and product development to generate ideas and develop an end-to-end growth plan;
- Working with the data analytics team to create and perform key reports and analyses for the management team for reporting and decision making regarding the projects;
- Participate in the process of working with the creative team for the execution of marketing and communications plans;
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement;
- Other tasks that are required by line manager
What you will need
Deep understanding of customer behavior and customer journeys and knowledge of KPI, Data, and Data-driven decision-making;
Ability to propose the strategy in a big picture and control budget of marketing activities;
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing;
Good at negotiation, communication & project management skill & problem-solving skills & analytical skill;
Good self-learning ability, curiosity, and eagerness to learn new knowledge;
Willing to work under pressure, with a tight deadline and a result-oriented working environment;
