  • Receive and resolve issues related from merchants and users 
  • Collect, review feedback from merchants and coordinate with internal departments to improve process and product 
  • Collaboration between different departments to ensure seamless operational processes 
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports with daily tasks. 
  • Support Admin Tasks such as filing documents, hosting contracts, paying promotion costs, etc
  • Other tasks as requested by the direct line manager.

  • Minimum Qualifications: University degree majoring in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business,etc 
  • Experience: 
    • Have knowledge about operating payment services. 
    • Have experience working in a bank or e-wallet 
  • Essential skills: 
    • Basic English is required 
    • Proficient in office tools/skills 
    • Have analytical and problem-solving abilities is a plus 
  • Personal characteristics: 
    • Responsibility, honest, enthusiastic 
    • Withstand pressure with high and repetitive workload 
    • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment. 
    • Strategic thinker with a focus on results. 
    • Detail-oriented with organizational skills.
