Mô tả công việc

  • Create hand-drawn illustrations, sketches, and visual elements for various marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, ads, and promotional items.
  • Collaborate with the design team and other departments to understand project requirements and ensure that products meet brand standards and messaging
  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for a wide range of materials, including Brand library, Campaign Key Visual ( Game, non-game ), Banner InApp, Webview, Social Post…;
  • Participate in ideation and development of new design products based on Team/ Head of Department
  • Develop original, artistic concepts and transform them into finished designs, ensuring high-quality execution and brand consistency.
  • Work closely with other team members (designers, marketing, and copywriters) to bring creative ideas to life through hand-drawn visuals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, particularly in illustration and hand-drawn techniques, and incorporate them into your work.
  • Ensure that all designs are aligned with the brand’s identity and communication goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering innovative and artistic solutions to creative challenges.
  • Revise and adapt designs based on feedback, making necessary adjustments to meet project goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • A College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing hand-drawn illustrations and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient in digital design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Procreate, etc.) and the ability to transform hand-drawn art into digital format.
  • Strong drawing and sketching skills, with an eye for detail and composition.
  • Experience in creating visual content for marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to adapt and develop unique design solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
