Senior - Business Development
The role is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships in the Top Brand Retail – Shopping Category (including Fashion, Moms & Kids, Electronics, Pharmacy, Home & Living, Bookstore, etc.), working cross-functionally to deliver customized MoMo solutions that drive revenue and enhance merchant experience, while ensuring executional excellence and stakeholder alignment.

• Maintain, develop, and sustain productive relationships with strategic partners in Topbrand Retail – Shopping Category (Fashion, Moms and Kids, Electronics, Pharmacy, Home and Living, Bookstore, etc.).
• Propose suitable MoMo solutions and campaigns to increase revenue for both MoMo and partners/merchants.
• Deliver partnership proposals (including pricing, payment solutions, growth & promotion schemes, etc.) in English, with clear and persuasive presentations tailored to merchant objectives.
• Plan or advise the team on go-to-market and co-marketing plans with merchants to increase user awareness; ensure partners are well-prepared to serve MoMo users (POSM, cashier/staff readiness, etc.), aiming to boost transaction volume.
• Prepare regular reports on account status and promptly update project and contract progress between MoMo and partners.
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Commit to achieving KPIs set by the company; analyze sales performance and other key figures to identify win-win opportunities for MoMo and partners.
• Coordinate and follow up with relevant internal teams to ensure effective execution of merchant initiatives.

- 2–3 years of experience in Top Brand Retail, especially in Business Development or Sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to influence effectively across all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent listening and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
