Developing and enhancement large scale systems using Java technologies: Collection/Insurance feature, Loan/Saving/Investing feature, Mobile App Platform, Delivery Services. Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle; Write well designed, testable, efficient code; Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications; Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems; Researching and developing new technologies, focus on mobile payments; Communicate with other Divisions in support production issue and bug fixing; Provide ad hoc support and advocacy to business subject specialists; Application support with a heavy emphasis on problem identification, diagnosis and resolution; Providing technical guide, proper instruction to low level members;

Establish Test Automation process and involve in evaluating/planning the automation roadmap; Maintain and update automation test scripts; Handle investigation and reproduction of functional software issues, and root cause analysis of existing test script failures; Design, develop and implement a hybrid test automation framework and strategy; Create test strategy, test plans, and test cases for projects managed through Agile development methodology; Develop and maintain methods and libraries needed to grow rapidly and scale automation suite; Participate in peer review and inspect requirement documents; Prepare test data and environment as needed to complete testing assignments;

Identify user needs and business impact and gather input from other stakeholders, and use these to inform the product vision and roadmap; Work with designer, create simple, intuitive yet efficient user experiences (primarily mobile) that make customers smile by guiding designers; Develop product roadmap and feature release plans.
