Take ownership of developing an investment platform that offers users an intuitive and user-friendly interface for managing their portfolios and making investments; Assume full responsibility for developing digital insurance distribution products, ensuring a smooth user experience from purchase to claims processing; Conduct market research, customer interviews, and surveys to identify customer segmentation and journey; Formulate a product vision and roadmap by prioritizing solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives; Work closely with the business and design teams to create wireframes, UI designs, user flows, and define system requirements; Collaborate with the development team during sprint planning to ensure clear requirements, and work together to successfully implement new features; Define product metrics and work with the data analysis team to create visualizations of the product health dashboard and reports.

Build NLP-based products leveraging the state of the art techniques and open source libraries including conversational AI models and deep learning-based approaches. We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a strong data team working on the largest fintech user base in Vietnam. The position will provide insights to product/business executives with a focus on building AI-based solutions to business problems. We will provide further training and mentoring on data tools and techniques whereupon you will be expected to carry out analyses both independently and in a team effort. Responsibilities: Work in a cross-functional team (business, product and tech) throughout the product life cycle, providing business-focused insights and recommendations with data evidence; Work with data engineers to evolve our data platform and workflows in order to meet the demands of multiple large-scale products; Help build comprehensive profiles for tens of millions of end-users for multiple use cases.

Develop and implement AML policies and procedures: creating and updating AML policies and procedures that comply with laws & regulations; Conduct risk assessments: conducting regular risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential money laundering threats and vulnerabilities; Monitor transactions to detect and report suspicious activity, investigate potential money laundering cases and provide recommendations to senior management; Provide training and guidance to staff on AML policies and procedures, as well as on the detection and reporting of suspicious activity; Collaborate with other sections such as legal, risk and internal control to ensure a comprehensive and effective AML program; Prepare periodic reports on the company’s AML program; Other tasks assigned by the management.
