We are looking for a Senior Growth Executive (User) to join MoMo’s Enterprise Payment & Business Solutions (EPS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user growth and engagement across key enterprise merchants (F&B, Retail), by designing and executing end-to-end initiatives that drive online-to-offline and offline-to-online user conversion. This is a highly hands-on role where you will directly manage the full lifecycle from analysis, planning, setup, to execution and optimization across MoMo’s in-app ecosystem.

  • Growth Planning & Execution
    • Set ambitious MAU growth targets for offline merchant use cases (Retail, F&B);
    • Plan and launch in-app user growth initiatives leveraging media, product features and promotion tools;
    • Align campaign initiatives with EPS objectives and merchant business goals;
    • Work with internal teams to plan resource usage and scenario forecast;
  • Analytics & Insights
    • Analyze user funnel and behavior data to uncover growth opportunities;
    • Collaborate with Data team to generate insights and evaluate campaign effectiveness;
    • Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve campaign performance;
  • Lifecycle & User Journey
    • Define and optimize conversion funnel from in-app use cases to merchant transactions;
    • Own lifecycle messaging strategy & setup marketing automation to improve conversion;
  • Performance Tracking
    • Monitor key KPIs such as MAU, transaction volume, revenue,…;
    • Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to identify trends and improvement opportunities;
    • Provide reports and actionable insights to optimize current initiatives and inform future planning;

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
  • 3–5 years of experience in Growth, Analytics, Product Marketing, or related roles within Fintech, Ecommerce, or other technology companies (required);
  • Strong analytical mindset, confident working with dashboards, segmentation logic, and experimentation;
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills;
  • Familiarity with SQL or marketing automation tools is a plus;
