As a Senior Specialist – Performance & Optimization, you will play a key role in driving the operational excellence and performance growth of merchants on the MoMo platform. This role focuses on analyzing merchant performance, identifying operational bottlenecks, and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize outcomes across the merchant lifecycle.
You will work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product, Data, and Operations teams to ensure that merchants are not only onboarded successfully but also continuously supported to achieve sustainable growth and efficiency.

  • Monitor and Optimize Merchant Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across merchant segments, identify underperformance trends, and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline merchant operations, reduce friction points, and enhance the end-to-end merchant experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Conduct deep-dive analyses on merchant behavior, campaign effectiveness, and operational metrics to uncover growth and efficiency opportunities.
  • Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into merchant performance, operational health, and optimization progress.
  • Actively collaborate with Product to request and drive improvements that boost system performance and merchant outcomes.
  • Work directly with Key Account (KA) teams to align on merchant strategies, resolve operational issues, and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Merchant Enablement: Support the development of playbooks, best practices, and training materials to help merchants maximize their potential on the platform.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver performance reviews and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 3+ years of experience in Ads Operations, Performance Marketing, or Business Analytics, preferably in tech, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in process optimization, performance tracking, and operational improvement.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills; ability to build compelling reports and presentations.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
