This position is responsible for leading the central unit responsible for building, implementing, and managing capability development programs for the sales force, aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness, professionalism, and long-term growth across the organization.

1. Sales Competency Development:
  • Build and deploy competency frameworks for different levels in sales functions.
  • Design and manage career development pathways for the sales force.
2. Sales Training Programs:
  • Develop and execute onboarding, sales skills, management coaching, and product training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and impact (training ROI).
3. Performance & Productivity Management:
  • Define and monitor sales productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Effectiveness and HRBP teams to track performance and implement improvements.
4. Sales Tools & Content Development:
  • Create, maintain, and distribute sales materials, scripts, and management guides.
  • Initiate and manage technology solutions to support sales capability building.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with relevant departments to align initiatives.
  • Support digital transformation and innovation projects related to sales capability.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
2. Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales capability development, sales operations, or HR L&D with a strong focus on sales enablement in insurance, banking, consumer finance, or e-wallet sectors.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering sales training programs and managing competency frameworks.
3. Skills:
  • In-depth understanding of sales models and sales management practices.
  • Strong capability in designing and measuring training program effectiveness.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance and competency data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
