Senior Executive – Product, SOF & Financial Hub

What you will do
  • Manage features within the Financial Hub, focusing on making it an engagement hub where users can manage their finances and explore financial services effectively;
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and surveys to understand user needs, pain points, and preferences;
  • Use these insights to improve features and drive user engagement;
  • Work with designers and engineers to create user flows, wireframes, and feature specifications that meet customer needs and business goals; 
  • Collaborate with engineers during sprints to clarify requirements, test features, and ensure they are launched successfully and on time;
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of features; 
  • Work with the data team to create reports and dashboards to monitor product performance;
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth feature launches and drive user adoption;
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field;
  • A background in technology or digital products is a plus;
  • Experience 2+ years of experience as a Product Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry;
  • Strong understanding of personal financial management solutions and user needs;
  • Experience working in an agile product development environment;
  • Proven ability to create user-focused features and deliver measurable business results;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams;
  • Experience working with financial engagement platforms or tools;
  • Familiarity with personalization strategies, machine learning, or AI in product development;
  • A continuous learner with a curious and open mindset. 
  • Results-oriented and detail-focused;
  • Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
