Product Operations Specialist (App Performance)

We are seeking an Product Operations Specialist, focusing on App Performance Improvement to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing analysis and insights to improve the performance of our MoMo app, identifying issues proactively, and collaborating with product, tech, and data teams to drive improvements. Your insights will influence our user experience and provide the foundation for excellence across the company.

What you will do

  • Performance Monitoring: Implement and manage application performancemonitoring process and tools to track key metrics, ensuring stability, speed and user happiness.
  • Benchmarking: Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark ourapplication performance against industry standards and competitors, providinginsights for target setting and improvements.
  • Framework Development: Create a comprehensive framework forfunctional teams (product, tech, data) to identify, track, and analyse theirkey performance metrics and incident management, enabling continuousperformance enhancement. Maintain comprehensive documentation of performancemetrics, processes, incidents, and optimization strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, techleads, and data analysts to deep dive into performance metrics of mini apps withinthe MoMo app, and collaborate with relevant business/tech stakeholders to improvesuch indicators.
  • Issue Identification: Proactively identify performance bottlenecksand issues, conducting root cause analysis and recommending solutions.
  • High-level Reporting: Analyze performance data to generate actionableinsights and reports for MoMo’s management board.

What you will need

  • Exceptional CommunicationSkills: Abilityto communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with strong listeningskills; proven track record in collaborating with multiple product and techteams.
  • FinTech ProductDevelopment Experience: Background in product development within the FinTech sector,with a strong understanding of business needs and market dynamics.
  • Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skillsfor interpreting numbers and data, with the ability to detect patterns andidentify critical gaps; experience in data analysis or a technical backgroundis a plus.
  • User-Centric Focus: Highly user-oriented,capable of translating user’s challenges into actionable and scalable product andtechnical requirements.
  • Problem-SolvingExpertise: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindsetfor identifying and addressing issues effectively.
  • Adaptability toFast-Paced Environments: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced workenvironment.
