What you will do
Product Development:
-
Develop and drive the product vision and strategy of social products (user profile, chat platform, social platform), aligning it with overall product vision and business objectives;

Create a roadmap that prioritizes and optimally sequences product features to enhance the performance of internal marketing toolset;
-
Propose and explore new features and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and continually improve the value proposition of our platform;
-
Gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritise the product backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering high-impact projects;
-
Drive the adoption and onboarding of internal tools and platforms, working closely with users to ensure they are engaged and successful;
-
Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities for internal tools and platforms.
Data-Driven Decisions:
-
Leverage data analytics and insights to understand both user and merchant behavior, trends in marketing solutions, and areas for improvement in marketing features;
-
Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to enhance performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Be the leader of cross-functional teams, comprising senior engineers, designer, analysts, to grow adoption of the platform as well as performance overall;

Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization;
-
Effectively communicate product updates, roadmap, and performance to stakeholders and leadership, addressing their concerns and incorporating feedback into product iterations;
-
Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the voice of the product and fostering collaboration for mutual success.
What you will need
The Must-Haves

4-5+ years of product management experience;

Have experience building and managing social platforms or consumer products with millions of users;

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making;

Adept at engaging with technical teams and leveraging technologies for practical business applications;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies;
-
Excellent communication skills and the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse audience;
-
Passionate about driving impact through enhancing team productivity .
