What you will do
- Align with BU (business unit) business strategy, and plan to make business operations strategy and plan to achieve objectives;
- Base on business operations strategy and plan; recruiting, training, driving team members to successful executions;
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to define optimal processes to run and deliver BU’s services to customers and partners smoothly, timely;
- Build metrics matrix to track business and operations performance to make optimal actions for daily processes;
- Build and motivate the operations team with open-minded, objectives orientation and teamwork spirit;
- Manage day-to-day SME Agent operations;
- Design process improvement/procedure within the organization to ensure smooth roll out of features/tools and drive adoption;
- Follow with team member to make sure the onboarding process is as short as possible;
- Give recommendations and monitor development of our onboarding products that will help drive merchant onboarding satisfaction and quality metrics.
What you will need
- At least 3 years working experience as the same role at fintech, e-commerce, financial or bank sector;
- Data Analytics;
- Logical and systematic thinking;
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills;
- Excellent partner relationship management skills;
- Good on people management;
- Detail-oriented;
- Hard-working, team player;
- Customer service minded.
