We are seeking an experienced Manager – Total Rewards to lead the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. The Total Rewards Manager will play a critical role in aligning these programs with the company’s goals, ensuring competitiveness in the market, and enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
What you will do
- Develop Total Rewards Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that includes compensation, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs aligned with the company’s business objectives;
- Compensation Management: Oversee compensation structure including employee benefit in kinds, job evaluations, and market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. Lead the annual salary review process, including salary increases, bonuses, and promotions;
- Incentive Programs: Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans, including performance bonuses, Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP), and recognition programs to reward and motivate employees;
- Headcount and staff budget Management: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and department heads to develop and implement headcount and staff budget strategies that align with the organization’s strategies. Ensure that compensation and benefits plans support sustainable headcount growth and long-term organizational development and business goals;
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular analysis of market trends, compensation surveys, and internal data to provide recommendations for pay adjustments, incentive structures, and benefits enhancements. Generate reports for senior leadership to ensure data-driven decisions;
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus;
- Over 8 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards management;
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and practices;
- Experience conducting market compensation analysis and working with compensation surveys;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and leadership;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Proficient in English.
