We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned marketing manager to join us. Our team is a well-blended mix of creative junkies, brand strategists, media performers, product developers, and number crunchers. Together, we hope to build the most unique and beloved tech brand in Vietnam.

What you will do
- Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Work closely with our marketing leadership team to define the brand annual jobs to be done and marketing KPIs.
- Turn the jobs to be done into strategic projects, investment plans and marketing calendars. Oversee a wide range of projects, including new product development, market expansion, or reaction to market dynamics, etc.
- Campaign management:
- Be able to develop an overall communication framework and turn business objectives into insightful and inspiring creative briefs. Select the right campaign approach that ticks.
- Act as the key PMO to manage our marketing campaigns. Work closely with in-house creative team and other agencies, partners, production houses in the process of creative production. Source the best creative partners to create meaningful and impactful communication works.
- Collaborate with our media team to deliver the creatives according to plan.
- Manage complicated creative work streams to ensure on-time in-full deliverables. Work in sync with other cross-functional teams and manage our stakeholders’ expectations along the way.
- Resource and Budget Management:
- Manage marketing investment including media, creative development, social outreach and PR.
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness. Provide recommendations to optimize the campaign and improve our long term marketing performance.
- Team Building and Leadership:
- Lead a team of passionate brand builders
- Inspire others with our brand spirit.
- Help us build our openness and strong collaboration culture within the in-house creative team.
What you will need
- Strong communication or advertising background. At least 8-10 years working in brand marketing, brand agencies, ad agencies, in-house creative team or other positions with equivalent experience.
- You have a wide range of experiences across different creative formats and channels: digital, social, TV, OOH, social outreach, KOL, music marketing etc.
- You enjoy the creative process.
- You are a solid project manager.
- You are fast paced and flexible.
- You can be both a team leader and player.
- You don’t settle for mediocre. You enjoy the thrill of doing something new and raising the bar.
- You have excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy and openness.
