Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the Public Services category to achieve business objectives; Develop a deep understanding of the Public Services landscape in Vietnam and stay up to date on the latest trends and regulations affecting the business; Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Operations, Growth, Business Analysis, Product, and Technology to ensure the successful execution of standard services and new initiatives; Develop and execute a detailed sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets; Deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to potential Public Services partners; Manage and maintain existing Public Services partnerships to ensure the highest levels of service and satisfaction; Analyze data and provide insights to improve the performance of the Public Services category; Collaborate with multiple internal teams (Customer Services, Accounting,…) to ensure the best service standard for Public Services transactions.

Maintain, develop, and sustain productive relationship with strategic F&B partners. Propose suitable campaigns in order to increase revenue for both Momo and partners; Work to guarantee of stable Momo services and provide users of best possible experiences; Report and prompt update on projects and contracts between Momo and partners; Analyze sales and overall figures in order to come up with mutual best deals for both Momo and partners; Follow up and coordinate across related teams (Product, Tech and other support teams) during cooperation period between Momo and partners.

Work with senior management to create product strategy and roadmap; Understand markets, competition, customer/user requirements in depth regarding any concerns in using digital identity to transact on e-wallet platform; Understand internal risk management policies in depth to counter with inappropriate behaviors on MoMo platform resulting negative impact to MoMo and its user community; Focus on user experience (UX) to ensure solutions are trustworthy, engaging and highly adopted by customers; Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for MoMo and key verticals; Build Product team to implement the assigned features effectively; Work closely with the Risk Management team to formulate strategic insights and propose action plans to achieve business objectives; Work collaboratively with engineers and cutting-edge technologies; Analyze users’ data and feedback to measure the product’s effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
