The Associate Manager – Learning & Organizational Development  is responsible for the development and implementation of learning, training, and organization development initiatives. This role will design and deliver effective programs that enhance employee skills, foster a culture of continuous learning, and contribute to the organization’s growth.

As the Head of Banking service Infrastructure, you will oversee the solutions and partnerships with nationwide Bank and Financial institutions partners, which serve as the financial and cash flow infrastructure for MoMo’s products and services. This position also coordinates closely with Technology, Product and other internal departments to bring on new initiatives and enhance existing solutions.

Xây dựng và quản lý các quy định liên quan đến dịch vụ ví điện tử, cổng thanh toán MoMo, nhưng vẫn đảm bảo phù hợp với quy định hiện hành; Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xây dựng các quy định về ví điện tử như hạn mức giao dịch, chính sách cho các loại ví, các sản phẩm/dịch vụ nhằm phù hợp với quy định cho phép của Ngân hàng nhà nước và các tổ chức quốc tế; Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro các luồng sản phẩm, dịch vụ hiện hữu và sắp triển khai, đề xuất các chốt kiểm soát đối phó rủi ro; Phân tích dữ liệu, phân tích hành vi người dùng, nhận diện, phân tích các xu hướng bất thường và đề xuất phương án xử lý nhằm hạn chế rủi ro mất tiền của khách hàng, nhưng vẫn đồng…
