Receive and resolve issues related from customers, be the focal point for troubleshooting, etc. Coordinate with internal departments to handle daily tasks to operate the service and resolve problems. Foster collaboration between different departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless operational processes and achievement of common goals. Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while meeting quality standards. Performance Monitoring and Reporting to maintain and develop quality assurance processes to ensure that operations meet established standards and regulations.
