Associate Product Lead, CS Tech

As the Associate Product Lead – Internal Automation, you will play a key role in transforming MoMo’s internal automation ecosystem. Your efforts will focus on reducing manual tasks and enhancing operational efficiency by driving AI-based automation and improving user experience. You will collaborate closely with various teams to define strategic direction, oversee feature development, and ensure an intuitive user experience for employees leveraging AI support.

What you will do
Product Vision & Strategy: 
  • Define, refine, and align the product roadmap, with a special focus on AI-driven automation and enhancing user experience. 
Feature Development: 
  • Prioritize and oversee the implementation of new features, emphasizing automation, chatbot capabilities, and system integrations. 
User Experience & Adoption: 
  • Enhance user (MoMo employees) engagement and ensure intuitive interactions for employees using AI assistance. 
Performance Monitoring: 
  • Analyze usage data and user feedback to optimize and scale product capabilities.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with technical, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product objectives.
What you will need
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
Experience: 
  • Proven experience in product management within the technology sector for at least 3 years, particularly in projects related to automation, AI, or system integrations. 
  • Experience in digital transformation and a background in Fintech are highly desirable. 
Leadership & Project Management Skills: 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and manage project timelines. 
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments. 
Technical Expertise: 
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies, chatbots, and system integration. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis to drive informed decision-making and product optimization. 
Strategic & Creative Thinking: 
  • Ability to set a clear product direction, generate innovative ideas, and develop effective solutions for enhancing internal workflows.
