  • Growth Strategy & Planning 
    • Design and execute data-driven growth plans to boost user adoption, retention, and engagement for key promotional products and services. 
    • Identify market trends, user behaviors, and competitive insights to develop actionable growth opportunities. 
  • Go-To-Market Execution 
    • Lead GTM strategies for new feature rollouts and campaign launches. 
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure alignment in execution and communication. 
  • Product Marketing 
    • Translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions and messaging tailored for target segments. 
    • Partner with Product and Data teams to feed user insights and feedback into product improvements. 
  • Merchant & User Enablement 
    • Build scalable toolkits including decks, case studies, demos, and sales materials to support merchant and user onboarding. 
    • Develop lifecycle engagement programs that increase active usage and performance. 
  • Performance Analytics 
    • Define key growth metrics, track campaign performance, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. 
    • Continuously test and iterate on growth experiments to improve impact and efficiency. 
  • Customer Insights & Feedback Loop 
    • Collaborate with the CI (Customer Intelligence) team to collect qualitative and quantitative user feedback. 
    • Synthesize insights into product and marketing enhancements.

Yêu cầu công việc


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field. MBA is a plus. 
  • 7+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or digital business strategy. 
  • Proven track record in leading growth initiatives in high-growth environments, ideally B2C or digital platforms. 
  • Strong business acumen with an analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to inform decisions. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience in fintech, promotions, e-commerce or platform-based models is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with performance tracking tools, customer research, and agile execution.
