As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and scaling gamified product experiences within the Gamification Donation Platform, including:

      Existing products: Piggy BankWalking PigPiggy Spin WheelPiggy School

      Piggy Community (both in-app and out-of-app)

      MoMo Charity Wallet

      And new gamification or social impact products to be launched during 2026–2027

Core mission:

      Drive growth in Monthly Engaged Users (MEU)RetentionEngagement, and Donation Conversion through meaningful gamified experiences.

      Continuously propose, design, and enhance products that bridge the journey of “Play – Give – Use Services.”

Act as the end-to-end owner for a product stream or feature set within the Piggy ecosystem

1️⃣ Product Development & Ownership

      Propose new product ideas, features, and game mechanisms to enhance user engagement.

      Manage the product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and track progress throughout the delivery cycle.

      Work closely with Tech, Design, Data, and Growth teams to ensure successful and timely implementation aligned with product goals.

      Monitor post-launch performance, analyze results, and recommend continuous improvements.

      Act as a feature owner or mini-product owner for a specific product module or user journey.

2️⃣ User Research & Insight Discovery

      Analyze user behavior using event tracking, funnel, retention, conversion, and feedback data.

      Conduct interviews, surveys, or collaborate with Data teams to uncover motivations, barriers, and habit loops.

      Identify opportunity areas and propose actionable, data-driven product enhancements.

3️⃣ Gamification Design & Experience Optimization

      Design, experiment, and optimize missions, quests, rewards, leaderboards, and challenges.

      Ensure gamification elements are seamlessly integrated across the MoMo ecosystem (Payment, QR, Bill Pay, Donation, etc.).

      Lead A/B testing initiatives, define hypotheses, and measure results to inform product decisions.

      Contribute creative concepts to major campaigns (Tet events, CSR activations, Donate-by-Purchase, etc.) to increase user engagement and retention.

4️⃣ Cross-Team Collaboration & Bundling Solutions

      Collaborate with Business Units (Payment, QR Merchant, Bill Pay, Insurance, Financial Services) to design bundled gamification campaigns that drive cross-service engagement.

      Partner with Growth Marketing & Partnership teams to implement Donate-by-Purchase models aligned with user behavior and merchant CSR goals.

      Ensure each initiative delivers dual value — business impact and social contribution.

5️⃣ Operational Support & Productivity Improvement

      Support Product Operation teams in executing and managing the operations of gamification products.

      Propose and develop internal operation tools, dashboards, or automation systems to enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve operational quality.

      Collaborate with Tech and Data to optimize process efficiency, monitoring tools, and reporting systems.

6️⃣ Performance Tracking & Reporting

      Monitor and analyze key metrics: MAU, MEU, Retention, Overlap Rate, Donation Conversion, and Session Frequency.

      Prepare periodic reports, share actionable insights, and propose improvement plans based on performance data.

      Identify issues proactively and propose effective, data-driven solutions.

7️⃣ Innovation & Self-Development

      Research emerging trends in gamification, social impact, UX behavior, and AI applications for product innovation.

      Participate in pilot projects or prototypes for next-generation gamified products.

      Mentor junior Product Owners or Product Executives within the team.

      Maintain a growth mindset, actively share knowledge, and contribute to team-wide learning culture.

CriteriaRequirements
EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience4–5 years as Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Executive in fintech, e-commerce, or large-scale tech platforms (1M+ users). Experience in developing or managing game products at leading game companies is a strong advantage.
Technical KnowledgeProduct lifecycle, gamification design, CSR/Donation models, UX/UI principles, data analytics
Core SkillsProduct discovery, backlog management, wireframing, user insight analysis, stakeholder communication
Additional SkillsA/B testing, basic SQL/BI/Excel, dashboard & KPI tracking

LanguageGood English communication (TOEIC 650+ / IELTS 6.0+ preferred)
