Senior Product Executive, Bank

• Product Development: Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define the product vision and strategy for bank partnerships and sources of funds. Focus on user experience to ensure solutions are engaging and highly adopted by customers.
• Collaboration and Communication: Develop trusted relationships with technology leaders, business leaders, and other stakeholders to drive optimized product delivery. Build loyalty and commitment in others by communicating clear expectations, mentoring direct reports, and setting a strong personal example.
• Analysis and Optimization: Analyze user data and feedback to measure the product's effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

• At least 3 years of experience in product management
• A proven track record in high-volume, high-pressure product environments, with strong results in delivering product capabilities.
• Deep business and technical acumen from a Financial Services, Payments, or Banking organization, with specific experience in integrating and linking with core banking systems and a deep understanding of these systems.
• Strong knowledge of Design, UI/UX, Customer journey mapping.
• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization and across multiple domains.
