We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager, Promotion to join our dynamic Business Solutions team. As a Senior Manager in the promotion team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business solutions portfolio.
You will work closely with a cross-functional team, collaborate with product, data analytics, data scientists, customer success and report directly to the Head of Business Solutions. Your expertise in business development, product marketing, growth strategies, strategic planning, and providing feedback to products and on machine learning algorithms will be crucial in achieving our business objectives.
What you will do
Product Marketing Strategy
- Create comprehensive product marketing initiatives that position our solutions competitively and resonate with target audiences.
- Collaborate with product managers to deeply understand product features, benefits, and use cases, translating them into customer-focused messaging.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning:
- Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new solutions launches, feature updates, and expansions into new markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MoMo Business Units, partners, Business Development, and customer success, to ensure seamless and coordinated launch activities.
- Growth Initiatives:Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer data, feedback, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth initiatives to expand market share, increase user and merchant adoption, and drive their active rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with product management, business developments, marketing communications, and customer success teams to align product messaging and strategies.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyze data and provide regular performance reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
Customer Insights and Feedback:
- Conduct data analysis and work with Customer Intelligence to conduct customer research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and understand customer needs and pain points.
- Proactively seek and gather feedback from customers regarding product features, usability, and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product enhancements and improvements.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, solutions with a proven track record of successfully monetization, launching and promoting products or services.
- Strong understanding of marketing solutions, technology platforms, and the digital marketing landscape.
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.Proven experience in driving growth initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in market research tools, analytics platforms, and project management tools.
- Prior experience in B2B or B2C platform growth is preferred.
