We’re looking for a Senior Growth Executive who thrives at the intersection of strategy, data, and innovation. You’ll lead a high-performing team to design, test, and scale growth initiatives across multiple use cases — with a strong focus on online payment solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid background in digital growth within tech, fintech, or e-commerce, understands user behavior across funnels, and knows how to turn insights into scalable business impact.

  •  Growth Initiatives:
               +) Lead the execution of growth initiatives across Promotion & Rewards platforms, from analysis to implementation.
               +) Build detailed tactical plans for assigned growth projects, encompassing various levers such as marketing, promotions, product features, and campaigns.
  • Promotion: Utilize data analytics to optimize promotional programs based on customer behaviors, achieving cost reduction while increasing user growth and retention.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Product Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to provide user insights essential for product development and growth.
  • Budget Management: Manage annual budget allocation between promotional costs and media mix to align with business objectives across in-app and external channels.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
               +) Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives.
               +) Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other business units and departments to understand and jointly drive the achievement of their business targets.
  • Experiments: Implement and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and improve the user experience throughout the customer journey.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or operations, preferably in an app-based environment.
  • Good analytical skills; comfortable working with Excel or basic data tools to track campaign results.
  • Strong interest in social trends, and user behavior.
  • Proactive and "can-do" attitude with a focus on getting things done.
  • Good communication skills to work effectively with different departments.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple small tasks at once.
  • Attention to detail, especially when setting up campaigns and checking content.
