Within this mission, the Promotion & Loyalty team drives adoption, engagement, and retention by leveraging data-driven insights, product-led growth, and creative campaigns across key touchpoints (Rewards, Promotion Hub, My Voucher, Decentralized widgets, etc).

We are looking for a Growth Specialist with strong skills in data analysis, marketing, and business growth execution. This role will play a critical part in designing, testing, and scaling initiatives that deliver measurable impact for both users and merchants.

  • Growth Initiatives:
    • Lead the execution of growth initiatives across Promotion & Rewards platforms, from analysis to implementation.
    • Build detailed tactical plans for assigned growth projects, encompassing various levers such as marketing, promotions, product features, and campaigns.
  • Promotion:
    • Utilize data analytics to optimize promotional programs based on customer behaviors, achieving cost reduction while increasing user growth and retention.
  • Market Research:
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
  • Product Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the product team to provide user insights essential for product development and growth.
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage annual budget allocation between promotional costs and media mix to align with business objectives across in-app and external channels.
  • Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with other business units and departments to understand and jointly drive the achievement of their business targets.
  • Experiments:
    • Implement and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and improve the user experience throughout the customer journey.

Yêu cầu công việc


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business, or Finance;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant fields such as Growth, Digital Marketing, and Business Analytics;
  • Familiarity with the Fintech/Ecommerce;
  • Proven expertise in data analytics (SQL/Excel/BI tools), with strong ability to turn insights into strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and growth experiments.
  • Strong logical business growth mindset able to connect data, marketing, and product levers to deliver impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work cross-functionally with senior partners.
  • Highly results-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the agility to thrive in fast-paced environments.
