Senior Business Development Manager, Financial Products

What you will do
  • Mainly responsible for selling MoMo’s consumer financial products (Ví Trả Sau, installment payment) to partners/ merchants
  • Propose suitable MoMo Solution/ Campaign in order to increase revenue for both MoMo and partners/Merchants;
  • Exellent in English to make presentation and to deliver partnership proposals (including pricing, payment solution, growth & promotion scheme, etc.) to meet or exceeds Merchant battle’s objectives. 
  • Plan or give advices to the team for the go-to-market plan & co-marketing plan with merchants to increase the user awareness, make sure merchants are well-prepared for MoMo user (POSM, Cashier/ Staff, etc.) aiming to boost the payment transaction & volume as targeted;
  • Prepair report on account status, and prompt update on projects and contracts between MoMo and partners;
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Commit to achieve KPIs set by company, Analyze sales and overall figures in order to come up with mutual best deals for both MoMo and partners/merchants;
  • Follow up and coordinate across related teams 
What you will need
  • 2-3 years experience in Topbrand Retail, especially in Business Development and Sale Skill
  • Have knowledge and experience in selling consumer finance products (candidates from Kredivo, Homecredit, FE Credit, Fundiin are an advantage)
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent Enghlish verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
