Monitor credit portfolio performance of assigned lending products, including but not limited to sales volume, approval rate, collection performance, credit loss rate, approval & UW costs, collection costs, marketing costs, EBITDA – P&L;  Evaluate & revise timely the underwriting and collection process, risk acceptance criteria, scoring matrix, risk and collection targets;  Use early indicator metrics and data visualization effectively to report portfolio performance, collection performance and support, escalate issues that threaten portfolio;  Optimize operational performance & potential improvements of every end-to-end approval process & collection process of assigned product, propose and take corrective actions and monitoring;  Able to deep dive analyze, explore data analysis on both internal & external data, back-test external data service & propose to implement in order to manage either portfolio risk performance or sales target or profitability target;  Coordinate with related teams/partners to enable/enhance process, implement new changes and monitor after go-live.

Product Development:  Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for our B2B promotion platform, aligning it with overall business objectives; Create a roadmap that prioritizes and sequences product features to enhance the performance of marketing tools; Propose and explore new features and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and continually improve our platform’s value proposition; Gather requirements, conduct user research, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact projects; Drive the adoption and onboarding of internal tools and platforms, working closely with users to ensure they are engaged and successful; Oversee product launches, product marketing, and other go-to-market activities for tools and platforms; Data-Driven Decisions:  Leverage data analytics and insights to understand user and merchant behavior, trends in marketing solutions, and areas for improvement in marketing features; Use data to make informed decisions, optimize existing features, and guide the development of new features to…
