At MoMo, we put customers at the heart of everything we do. The Customer Intelligence Office (CIO) is evolving to become the Champion of Customer Voice by embedding AI and data into every decision.
We are looking for a Product management – AI Platforms & Customer Intelligence to lead the design and delivery of CIO Second Brain and other AI-powered platforms. This role blends product management, AI/ML understanding, and customer research to automate insight generation and scale data-driven decision-making across MoMo and merchants.

Second Brain Development & AI Platform
  • Lead the end-to-end product roadmap for CIO Second Brain and related AI platforms—from concept to scale.

  • Define and prioritize use cases such as instant insight retrieval, survey generation, and automated report synthesis.

  • Design and operate knowledge labelling & continuous update processes: taxonomy, tagging standards, and automated ingestion of new research, market data, and user feedback.

  • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers on LLM/RAG, prompt design, and accuracy evaluation to ensure reliable, up-to-date responses.

Process Automation & Scaling
  • Identify manual research and reporting steps to automate with AI (e.g., auto-summaries, anomaly detection, product health monitoring).

  • Standardize frameworks, templates, and reusable modules to scale insight-driven decision making.

  • Build dashboards and automated workflows to track adoption, product health, and evidence-based decision compliance.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
  • Partner with researchers, analysts, designers, and engineers to integrate quantitative and qualitative insights into AI products.

  • Drive adoption of the Second Brain and other AI platforms through onboarding, playbooks, and in-product guidance.

  • Promote a customer-centric, insight-driven culture by running internal workshops, demos, and knowledge-sharing session

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong technical background: proficiency in SQL, Python, Java; experience with front-end or full-stack web development (React, Angular, or similar).
  • Familiarity with APIs, database design, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience in tool building, data engineering, or product-related technical support.
  • Experience in writing PRDs, managing backlogs, and working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for understanding users and building scalable, impactful products.
