1.Growth Strategy & User Engagement
Develop and execute growth strategies for gamification products such as Heo Đất, Walk with MoMo, Ví Nhân Ái, and new games
Design and optimize growth loops and gamification mechanics to drive: MAU , MEU, Retention, Social sharing
Continuously run and iterate growth experiments to unlock new levers
Work closely with Product Team to improve user journeys and engagement systems
2. Campaign Marketing & Community Activation
Lead the planning and execution of community-driven campaigns and fundraising initiatives
Build scalable formats such as: Social challenges, Community campaigns, Viral content
Manage and grow key channels:
Social media
Influencers / KOLs
Community groups
Turn campaigns into engagement loops and community movements
3. Partnership & Ecosystem Development
Manage and develop partnerships relationship with: NGOs, CSR-driven enterprises, Brands, Social enterprises (current partners and partners new)
Design partnership models such as: Donate-by-activity, Donate-by-purchase, CSR campaigns
Drive co-marketing and co-branding initiatives that create win-win outcomes: business growth, brand value, social impact
4. Data-driven Growth
Define and track key metrics: MAU, MEU, Retention, Engagement rate, Donation conversion
Use data to continuously optimize: Campaign performance, User journeys, Growth experiments

- Experience
- 5+
years of experience in: Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing/ Partnership
/ Business Development
- Proven
track record in driving growth for digital products or platforms.
- Experience
leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives
2. Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a
relevant field (e.g., Economics, Marketing, Business, Communications, Social
Sciences).

Strong English communication skills
(IELTS ≥ 6.0 or TOEIC ≥ 700, or equivalent).
