Moli is an AI-powered lifestyle assistant within MoMo, designed to help users discover, decide, and do more in their daily lives - from entertainment and travel to dining and shopping through natural conversation, smart suggestions, and real-time context awareness. As a Platform Owner, you will shape Moli into a proactive, context-aware lifestyle companion, deeply integrated across MoMo’s ecosystem, driving both user engagement and transaction growth.

Job Description
Define and Execute Product Strategy
  • Develop and own the product vision and roadmap for Moli, aligning with user lifestyle needs and MoMo’s ecosystem strategy.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to measure engagement, conversion, and ecosystem impact.
  • Ensure Moli acts as a central discovery and orchestration layer across services (cinema, travel, F&B, vouchers, etc.), maximizing cross-service synergy.
Lead Product Development & Continuous Improvement
  • Manage end-to-end product development, from opportunity discovery and concept design to delivery and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and business teams to build scalable, high-impact features.
  • Ensure seamless integration between Moli and various mini-apps/services within MoMo (Cinema, Travel, Food, Deals...).
  • Continuously improve chatbot intelligence, UX flows, and personalization capabilities.
Drive Growth, Engagement & Monetization
  • Identify growth opportunities through user behavior insights, funnel analysis, and market trends.
  • Design features that drive discovery → consideration → conversion across lifestyle services.
  • Implement recommendation systems, contextual nudges, and promotional strategies to increase engagement and transaction volume.
  • Leverage gamification, campaigns, and content strategies to boost retention and user lifetime value.
Build a Context-Aware & User-Centric Product
  • Lead user research to understand lifestyle needs, intent signals, and decision-making behaviors.
  • Translate insights into highly personalized, context-aware experiences (time, location, intent, history).
  • Optimize conversational UX, ensuring interactions are intuitive, helpful, and action-oriented.
  • Balance personalization with simplicity to create a delightful, low-friction user journey.
Manage and Optimize Product Performance
  • Track key metrics: activation, DAU/MAU, engagement depth, conversion rate, GMV contribution, and retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and experimentation to validate features and optimize performance.
  • Monitor cross-service funnels (e.g., discovery → booking → payment) and continuously improve conversion efficiency.
  • Ensure Moli contributes meaningfully to MoMo’s ecosystem growth and monetization.

Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2C, super-apps, marketplaces, or AI-driven products.
  • Proven experience building user-facing products with strong engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, recommendation systems, and user behavior analytics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and integrating multiple services into a unified experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in lifestyle domains such as travel, entertainment, food delivery, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, or AI-driven recommendation systems.
  • Experience in building content-driven or discovery-based platforms.
