We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Lead - Data Analytics for our Financial Services Division.
In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind transforming complex financial data into strategic assets. You will lead a team to uncover deep, actionable insights that directly influence business strategy, product innovation, customer lifecycle management, and overall profitability. 
If you are passionate about using predictive modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis to solve high-impact business problems in the financial world, this is the role for you.

  • Leading a team of 2-3 data analysts to deliver high-quality analysis and insights.
  • Drive the adoption of machine learning and AI Agents to solve complex business challenges. 
  • Setting strategic direction for the team and prioritizing projects based on business objectives.
  • Establishing best practices and standard operating procedures for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborating with senior management to align data analytics initiatives with business goals.

  • Minimum Qualifications (education): Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
  • Experience:
    • At least 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the financial services, banking sector/ fintech product with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Essential skills:
    • Experience with BI/analytics tools (Google BigQuery, Data Studio..)
    • Proficiency in SQL, Python is a must
    • Demonstrated experience building and deploying various machine learning models
    • Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis, and data visualization.
    • Solid understanding of fintech operations, products, and regulatory requirements.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional team members and explain findings clearly to internal team as well as stakeholders
    • Proven ability to build and manage a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
