1, Team Leadership & Project Management:
- Lead and mentor a 5-member Business Analyst team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Assign tasks, manage workloads, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Support IT Project Managers in task breakdown and project planning.
2, Business Analysis & System Design:
- Define business needs, recommend solutions, and align with industry best practices.
- Document and translate business/user requirements into system specifications (Activity Diagrams, API Docs, SRS, PRD, etc.).
- Provide insights on software selection, vendor choices, and ROI analysis.
- Support UI/UX design, Customer Journey mapping, and system improvements.
3, Testing, Training & Implementation:
- Review and report testing results to ensure system functionality.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams or external clients.
4, Team Coaching & Development:
- Coach and mentor Business Analysts in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance skills and ensure best practices.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams.
- Proven track record in leading and mentoring Business Analyst teams, prioritizing workloads, and driving successful project outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent documentation and presentation abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in SQL and Data Modeling.
- Knowledge of finance, banking, or fintech is a plus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
