Team Leader – Growth is responsible for leading the product marketing strategy for the B2B product ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in developing and scaling products tailored for business partners, working cross-functionally with product, research, and commercial teams to launch and optimize solutions that align with market demands.
The primary objective is to effectively bridge the gap between market opportunities, customer insights, and product development to drive impactful and scalable growth.

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new B2B products and features, ensuring alignment across product, sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and generate product/feature ideas.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams to shape product development based on customer insights and business priorities.
  • Own customer understanding, synthesizing feedback from interviews, surveys, and data to drive product positioning, messaging, and roadmap decisions.
  • Define and execute growth strategies to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue, including lifecycle marketing, onboarding, and upsell opportunities.
  • Track product performance, identify growth levers, and continuously run experiments to optimize conversion, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Be the voice of the customer, championing their needs across internal teams to ensure we build lovable and valuable products.
  • Mentor and guide team members within the growth or product marketing team to elevate capabilities and outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or related roles, preferably in tech, fintech, or SaaS.

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products or services (B2B or fintech preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, research, and engineering teams.

  • A deep understanding of user behavior, customer journeys, and growth metrics.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, creativity, and experimentation.

  • Experience in growth hacking, agile development, and customer discovery is a strong plus.
