Drive HR strategy and execution for Product & Tech by adapting HR programs, advising people managers, and using data-driven insights to enhance both business results and employee experience.

  • Lead HR Programs & Projects Implementation 
    • Lead implementation with necessary customisation CoE-initiated HR programs & projects (workforce planning, performance cycles, talent development, engagement) within Product & Tech & their partners, working closely with People Managers to ensure strategic fit and measurable outcomes;
  • Initiate Local HR Programs 
    • Proactively identify and launch division-specific HR programs that fill gaps or respond to unique Product & Tech needs;
  • Consult & Support People Managers 
    • Advise managers on all people and organisation related topics: organisational design, recruitment, talent gaps, career planning, performance and development, rewards and retention. Serve as a trusted partner to help shape team structures, enable growth, and resolve complex people challenges;
  • Employee Advocacy & Case Management 
    • Act as the primary liaison for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, policy clarifications, welfare issues, ensuring prompt, transparent outcomes and maintaining trust throughout the employee lifecycle;
  • Data Analytics & Reporting 
    • Build and maintain dashboards (headcount, cost, performance, retention…), integrate HRIS and other HR data systems for deep-dive analyses (attrition risk, workforce forecasting), and deliver concise monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights;
  • Culture & Learning Collaboration 
    • Partner with stakeholders to design Product & Tech-focused engagement events (hackathons, tech/product-talks, teambuilding, peer-learning) and agile-friendly training (microlearning, brown-bag sessions), fostering continuous learning and cross-functional knowledge sharing;

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s or higher in HR, Psychology, Business/People Analytics, or related;
    • 5–7 years of HRBP/HR General, Total Reward experience, ideally within Product/Tech or Fintech environments;
  • Technical & Analytical: 
    • Advanced Excel and hands-on experience with BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau);
    • Proven ability to consult stakeholders, project management, and perform predictive HR analytics (churn modeling, workforce forecasting…);
  • Core Competencies: 
    • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of how market dynamics and organizational objectives shape people priorities and HR strategies;
    • Productivity & Optimization Driven: Passion for process improvement, automation, quality, and efficiency;
    • Communication & Influence: Clear, data-backed presentations; strong listening, and negotiation;
    • Agility & Adaptability: Comfortable with rapid change; quick to pilot new tools and iterate;
    • Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading (direct or indirect) a small team and partnering cross-functionally;
    • Problem-Solving & Creativity: Ability to uncover “hidden” pain points and design innovative HR solutions;
  • Preferred: 
    • Demonstrated experience in people analytics or HRBP;
    • Familiarity with tech environments, tools, and mindsets;
    • Experience managing a team (direct or indirect);
    • Professional fluency in English and experience working in multicultural team settings.
