- HR Operations & Processes
- Support employee lifecycle tasks: onboarding/offboarding, employee movements, contract renewals, and routine query resolution (leave, benefits, policies); escalate complex cases.
- Perform basic data management & analysis tasks
- Provide basic ERP support
- Internal Event & Learning/Sharing Activities
- Help organize internal events/programs: workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team-building events.
- Other Assignments
- Support special HRBP projects or tasks as assigned, such as updating policy documents, compiling presentation materials, or assisting with ad-hoc research.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Final-year student or graduate within the last 12 months. Able to work full-time.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiar with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic Office applications
- Comfortable using and analyzing data (creating simple reports, spotting trends)
- Able to leverage AI tools effectively for research, drafting, and basic automation
- Basic English skills sufficient for reading and writing simple documents
- Soft Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Proactive learner with a “work smart” mindset
- Detail-oriented: meticulous in data handling and attentive to small discrepancies.
- Strong communication skills: able to collaborate effectively with Product & Technology teams.
