Mô tả công việc

  • HR Operations & Processes 
    • Support employee lifecycle tasks: onboarding/offboarding, employee movements, contract renewals, and routine query resolution (leave, benefits, policies); escalate complex cases. 
    • Perform basic data management & analysis tasks 
    • Provide basic ERP support 
  • Internal Event & Learning/Sharing Activities 
    • Help organize internal events/programs: workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team-building events. 
  • Other Assignments 
    • Support special HRBP projects or tasks as assigned, such as updating policy documents, compiling presentation materials, or assisting with ad-hoc research.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education: Final-year student or graduate within the last 12 months. Able to work full-time. 
  • Technical Skills: 
    • Familiar with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic Office applications 
    • Comfortable using and analyzing data (creating simple reports, spotting trends) 
    • Able to leverage AI tools effectively for research, drafting, and basic automation 
    • Basic English skills sufficient for reading and writing simple documents

    • Proactive learner with a “work smart” mindset 
    • Detail-oriented: meticulous in data handling and attentive to small discrepancies. 
    • Strong communication skills: able to collaborate effectively with Product & Technology teams.
