  • Actively source potential candidates for various roles, especially critical positions, through different channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.);
  • Manage and schedule interview arrangements, ensuring a smooth interview process for both candidates and hiring managers;
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings with shortlisted candidates to assess suitability and alignment with job requirements;
  • Record, organize, and manage recruitment data to ensure accuracy and accessibility;
  • Support team in welcoming new employees, including coordinating and preparing onboarding logistics on a weekly basis;
  • Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment strategies and enhance candidate experience;
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager;

  • Commitment: Must be available to work full-time for a period of 3 months;
  • Passion for Recruitment & HR: Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources, with a keen focus on high-technology trends;
  • Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously;
  • Team Player: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external candidates.
