As an HR Intern, you will support end-to-end HR operations
and assist with various people-related initiatives led by the HRBP team. The
role is designed to provide hands-on experience in HR processes while
progressively building your capabilities in training delivery, communication,
and people development. If you are passionate about learning by doing and
contributing to real HR impact, this role is for you.

1. HR Operations & Processes (~40%)
- Assist
in onboarding/offboarding processes (onboarding plan for high level, exit
interview report)
- Support
employee lifecycle updates (contract extensions, probation status, staff
movements)
- Handle
basic queries from employees (policy clarifications, leave &
attendance, payroll deadlines)
- Help
update HR trackers, shared folders, and documentations (HRM data, contract
logs)
- Support
weekly/monthly HR reports (attendance summary, training trackers, learning
feedback result)
2. Internal Event & Learning Support (~30%)
- Coordinate
logistics for internal sessions (training, engagement, etc)
- Prepare
pre/post-event surveys and basic feedback reports
- Draft
communication materials (slides, emails, posters, recap notes) for
internal engagement activities
- Shadow
HRBP in training & coaching sessions, and gradually practice
facilitating parts of internal events
3. Data, Systems & Tools (~15%)
- Assist
in simple data cleaning, updating and visualization (attendance,
engagement scores, recognition data)
- Use
Google Sheets/Docs/Slides and basic AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva
AI...) for reports, drafts, or automation ideas
- Provide
admin support on HRM/ERP-related tasks (access requests, document uploads,
lookup functions)
4. Development & Special Projects (~15%)
- Take
ownership of 1 small-scale HR project (e.g., intern onboarding guide,
feedback loop for mass hires, reward communication template)
- Support
HRBP in updating policy guidelines, preparing slides for internal/external
presentations
- Participate
in field visits, engagement trips, or sessions with cross-functional teams
to deepen business understanding
- If
potential is shown, will be coached to take more responsibility in
facilitating group sessions or onboarding briefings

Education & Availability
- Final-year
student or graduate (within 12 months)
- Able
to work full-time (Mon–Fri)
Technical Skills
- Proficient
in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiar with Excel/Word
- Comfortable
with basic data handling, formulas, and simple charts
- Able
to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, Miro) for basic tasks and
automation
- Basic
English for reading/writing simple HR documents
Soft Skills & Attributes
- Proactive
learner, eager to take initiative and learn on the job
- Detail-oriented:
careful when working with data or writing official documents
- Strong
communication & teamwork: collaborative, open to feedback, can work
with multiple stakeholders
- Good
