We are looking for a Growth Intern to join MoMo’s dynamic Growth Team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across content creation, visual ideation, and operations, contributing directly to campaigns that help millions of small merchants embrace digital transformation through the MoMo Soundbox.

- Content: Participate from ideation to execution of content, including social posts, blogs, website copy, and short video scripts.
- Visual: Support building creative briefs for designers and contribute ideas for campaign visuals.
- Operation: Assist with operational tasks such as e-commerce operations, offline event logistics, paperwork, and related admin tasks.
- Support data collection and reporting to evaluate campaign performance.
- Handle other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Undergraduate (3rd or 4th year) or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- Strong ability in content writing, creative thinking, and execution, including writing short video scripts.
- Basic knowledge/experience in creating briefs or guiding visual directions is a plus.
- Operational skills: detail-oriented, organized in handling paperwork, file management, and merchandise tasks.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
