Responsible for planning strategy and leading growth in the Telecommunications segment through expanding distribution channels (B2B2C, e-commerce) and developing a strategic partner ecosystem. Acts as a senior representative to promote partnerships, develop new sales channels, and advise on operational strategies to achieve sustainable growth.

  • Build and execute strategies to expand telecommunications distribution channels through B2B2C models, retail ecosystems, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain senior-level relationships with strategic partners to promote long-term cooperation and expand market share.
  • Act as the main coordinator across departments to implement business development plans and launch products/solutions tailored to each partner group.
  • Represent the company in pitching sessions, product demos, and partnership signings, ensuring clear communication of the benefits and collaboration strategies between parties.
  • Participate in events and industry conferences, build the company’s brand image, and develop a professional relationship network.
  • Lead and coach the business development team, ensuring performance and a proactive mindset in expanding the customer base.
  • Resolve issues and respond to feedback from partners/customers, closely coordinate with related departments to improve service quality.
  • Propose initiatives to enhance business performance: from team structure, reward and penalty policies, to sales promotion programs aligned with strategic direction.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development in Telecommunications, Fintech, E-commerce, or other digital service industries.
  • Experience in expanding sales channels through enterprise partners (retail, online platforms, B2B2C).
  • Excellent negotiation skills, ability to design cooperation models and develop business strategies.
  • Systematic thinking, ability to coordinate across departments and make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to inspire and motivate the team.
