We are looking for a Customer Intelligence Analyst who is curious, execution-driven, and eager to experiment with new tools and methods. In this role, you will not only conduct user and market research, but also try out and showcase new approaches, share learnings, and inspire peers to adopt new ways of working that drive team transformation.

- Conduct consumer research, competitor and market analysis to answer key business, marketing and product questions, ensure report quality and timely delivery of research outputs;
- Execute research projects that include one of the following types of research: (1) quantitative research such as tracking surveys, e.g. brand health, competitive NPS; U&A, market sizing and segmentation, campaign evaluation etc.; (2) qualitative research such as in-depth interviews, focus groups, diary studies, concept testing etc.; (3) secondary research such as competitor analysis, business model and strategy, product and marketing ideation etc;
- Coordinate with stakeholders across Business, Marketing, Product, and Communication teams to ensure insight is embedded into execution;
- Collaborate on designing and automating research workflows, turning manual steps into efficient, tool-based solutions;
- Catalyst for change: Act as an early adopter who experiments with new tools (AI, automation, productivity platforms), builds quick prototypes to demonstrate value, and shares learnings to to promote a “try–fail–learn fast” mindset and encourage adoption across the team;
Yêu cầu công việc
- 1+ years experience in research, journalism, or internal communications;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus);
- Familiar with user research methods (qualitative, quantitative, secondary research);
- Strong critical and analytical thinking, and ability to connect scattered data into coherent narratives;
- Strong teamwork mindset with an ability to collaborate across functions;
- Curiosity and eagerness to try new methods, tools, or technologies - willing to deal with inconvenience to learn something new;
- Resilience and adaptability – comfortable with ambiguity, willing to experiment and learn from failures;
- Execution-driven: hands-on approach with a bias for action; able to build MVPs or quick prototypes to demonstrate ideas and accelerate learning;
- Ability to influence and inspire peers, making change feel approachable and beneficial;
- A plus: knowledge of fintech or user-focused products, and experience building prototypes/products or working with AI/automation tools.
