In charge of the overall management and execution of major marketing campaigns, promotional programs, launching of new product features, and other projects as required;
Work with cross-functional team including data analytics and product development to generate ideas and develop an end-to-end growth plan;
Work with data analytics team to create and perform key reports and analyses for the management team for the reporting and decision-making regarding the projects;
Work with the creative and operations team for the execution of marketing and communications plans.

Background in Data, AI, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields (1–2 years of experience), with exposure to working with data (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, BI tools)
Strong logical thinking and ability to break down problems from first principles, with a structured approach to solving ambiguous problems
Comfortable with basic metrics and quantitative reasoning (e.g., conversion, retention, MAU), and able to connect data to simple funnel or user behavior analysis
Interest in applying AI tools / AI agents to solve growth or product problems, along with a basic understanding of machine learning concepts (e.g., how models work, use cases, limitations)
Ability to connect ideas or analysis to user and business impact, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
