Associate Executive – Merchant Engagement

As a Merchants Engagement, your main responsibility is to sell MoMo’s products and services to merchants (Top SMEs) while maintaining strong business relationships. You will proactively identify opportunities, drive sales growth, and support merchants in adopting MoMo’s solutions. 

What you will do
  • Actively develop and maintain strong relationships with MoMo merchants (Top SMEs) to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Educate merchants on MoMo’s payment solutions and new features, helping them maximize their benefits and adoption rate.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities by analyzing merchant performance, consumer trends, and market insights to propose revenue-boosting campaigns for both MoMo and partners.
  • Drive merchant engagement and sales growth by designing and executing business plans tailored to merchant needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve MoMo’s value proposition for merchants.
  • Continuously share best practices, insights, and lessons learned with the team to enhance overall efficiency and execution.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Proactive and results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience in business development, key account management, or partnerships in fintech, banking, e-commerce, or F&B/Retail is a plus.
  • Effective communication, teamwork, presentation, and negotiation skills to drive successful partnerships.
