Team Leader – Growth

Growth – New user team is in charge of overall new user acquisition strategy and operation for the Momo app, and be the business owner of all KPIs related to this domain.. The scope includes control of a comprehensive set of tools that can be leveraged to drive new users, which are user journey & product flow, promotions, CRM, partnership programs and performance/digital marketing channels. The nature of the scope is also highly collaborative and requires working closely with many different teams, which include but not limtied to Product, Marketing, Risk, Finance and different Business units of the company.

What you will do
  • Partner with other BU(s) to drive New Users promotional campaigns across platform;
  • Overall monitor and track the effectiveness of BU(s) New Users promotional campaigns;
  • Monitor overall BU’s New Users acquisition budget, ensuring optimal acquisition channels mix and individual promotion CAC;
  • Lead the execution of other major projects related to City acquisition (campaign Tỉnh) & BUs
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure hollistic support for the assigned projects and scope, which include but not limited to Product, Risk, Finance, Marketing etc..
  • Explore new channels and ideas for experimenting new users acquisition and for optimizing current promotional campaigns, ensuring new users acquisition growth and achieving KPIs.
What you will need
  • At least 4 years working in relevant fields such as Growth, Digital Marketing, Digital partnership, Market expansion
  • Familiar with the E-commerce/Fintech market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users;
  • Having a data-driven approach to problem solving;
  • Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision;
  • Excellent projects and tasks management, excellent organizational skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage different stakeholders at the same time
