We are looking for an energetic and driven Team Leader – Promotion to join our Business Solutions team. In this role, you will lead a small team to drive the execution of promotion strategies and initiatives that support product growth and merchant success. Working closely with Senior Manager, Product, Data, and Business Development teams, you will turn insights into action, helping us grow adoption and optimize the impact of our promotional solutions.

1. Execute Promotion Strategy 
  • Work with Senior Manager and Product teams to implement promotional plans that align with overall business goals;
  • Ensure accurate execution and timely delivery of promotion campaigns to merchants;
2. Go-to-Market Support 
  • Coordinate with BD, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to roll out new features or campaigns;
  • Support the preparation of communication materials and GTM kits for merchants and internal teams;
3. Merchant Enablement & Engagement 
  • Collaborate with Business Development team to educate merchants about promotions and drive adoption;
  • Collect feedback from frontline teams to improve promotion usability and outcomes;
4. Data-Driven Execution & Optimization 
  • Monitor key promotion metrics (adoption rate, ROI, conversion, etc.) and generate performance insights;
  • Suggest and implement optimizations based on campaign data, merchant feedback, and market benchmarks;
5. Cross-Functional Coordination 
  • Act as the point of contact for executional coordination across internal stakeholders (BD, Product, Data, CS);
  • Ensure alignment and smooth implementation of promotion initiatives;
6. Team Leadership & Operations 
  • Supervise and coach a small team (1–2 members), fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment;
  • Manage team workload, provide clear directions, and ensure quality of deliverables;

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or relevant fields;
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, product operations, or growth-related roles;
  • Solid understanding of digital products, platform-based services, and promotions;
  • Strong communication and coordination skills;
  • Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards;
  • Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments;
  • Team management experience is a plus.
