Define and sharpen product value propositions that differentiate us in the market and resonate deeply with users.
Craft positioning frameworks that connect product features with real customer needs.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy
Own the GTM strategy for new products and features: from launch planning to sustained adoption.
Translate funnel insights into action plans in partnership with the Growth Team and Product Team.
Ensure the product story is consistently communicated across all user touchpoints and lifecycle stages.
User Research & Funnel Insights
Map and analyze the user journey across awareness → consideration → usage, identifying barriers and growth opportunities.
Partner with research, analytics, and BI teams to validate hypotheses and sharpen GTM planning.
Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment
Lead GTM planning in collaboration with Product, Growth, and other internal stakeholders (Ops, BI, Research).
Act as the connector: you provide the strategic direction, while execution teams align their actions to your GTM narrative.
Monitor results and continuously optimize funnel conversion, adoption, and retention.

Must-have
Proven track record in product marketing, with experience owning GTM strategies end-to-end.
Ability to craft and articulate value propositions that resonate with diverse user segments.
Analytical and user-first mindset: skilled in interpreting funnel data and user research.
Strong communicator: you can inspire and align internal stakeholders with clear, compelling narratives.Experience collaborating closely with Product, Growth, and Research teams to drive adoption and engagement.
Ownership mentality: able to lead initiatives independently, while harmonizing efforts across teams.
Nice-to-have
Background in fintech, tech, or consumer digital products.
Experience scaling adoption across multiple markets or ecosystems.
MBA or advanced degree in marketing/business.
