We’re looking for a Team Leader - Product Growth Marketing to own new user acquisition and activation for MoMo’s P2P services. This role blends product thinking with growth execution, with full accountability for performance.
You’ll lead out-of-app activities and initiatives, improve the first-time user journey, and drive viral growth through features that unlock network effects.

- Own Out-of-App Growth Campaigns
- Work with Social Media, Creative, and Marketing teams to launch viral campaigns promoting product features (referrals, gifting, group fund, etc.)
- Create content and messaging strategies that drive social sharing and invite loops
- Track performance of external channels (e.g., social posts, landing pages) and optimize for new user acquisition
- Improve New-to-MoMo User Journey
- Work with Product New team to analyze and enhance the onboarding funnel (invite → install → register → first transaction)
- Identify friction points and recommend product improvements to boost activation
- Support user research and usability testing for first-time user experience
- Leverage Existing Products for Network-Driven Growth
- Enhance existing features (Group Fund, Copy-Paste, W2W Birthday.....) with viral hooks, gamification and social triggers to turn them into acquisition drivers
- Design product mechanics to boost peer invites and amplify network effect
- Track & Optimize Performance
- Define and monitor key metrics: new user growth, conversion rate (CR), invite success rate, and D1/D7 activation
- Own the design and execution of rapid growth experiments
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business or Finance;
- 3+ years of experience in relevant fields such as Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics or User Insights;
- Hunger to drive action and impact;
- Strong intuition about user journey, user behaviors, social growth mechanics, experience in product discovery is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders;
- Data-driven, able to make use of either raw data, data charts/dashboards and funnels to get proper insights;
- Problems & Solutions-oriented mindset;
- Familiar with the Food Deliveries/Ride-hailing/Ecommerce/Fintech market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users
