Growth Executive
About the role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Growth Executive to support the marketing and growth initiatives of our B2B product ecosystem. As part of the Growth Team, you will play a key role in researching market opportunities, executing go-to-market plans, and optimizing product marketing activities to drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction among business partners.
You will work closely with senior members of the growth, product, and business teams to ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of the market and deliver meaningful results.

What you will do
Assist in the execution of go-to-market plans for new products and features, ensuring consistent messaging and timely launch.
Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and help identify potential opportunities for product or feature development.
Collaborate with the product team to collect and organize customer feedback, helping shape future product decisions.
Support the creation of product messaging, presentations, and marketing content that resonates with target business users.
Help plan and execute customer engagement campaigns, including onboarding flows, lifecycle programs, and upsell initiatives.
Monitor and report on product growth KPIs, performance metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Run and analyze growth experiments under the guidance of senior team members, and suggest improvements based on data.
Stay close to the voice of the customer through surveys, interviews, and support channels.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in growth, marketing, business analysis, or product-related roles. Internship experience is welcomed.
Strong interest in product marketing, customer experience, and data-driven growth.
Good analytical skills with the ability to work with data and extract meaningful insights.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across departments.
Self-starter attitude with a desire to learn, experiment, and grow quickly.
Experience with digital marketing tools, customer research, or CRM systems is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
