Team Leader - Product, Expense Management
With the Expense Management product, MoMo aims to help users effortlessly understand and control their finances - from tracking income and expenses to gaining clear visibility into their cash flow. By transforming raw transaction data into meaningful insights, the product empowers users to better manage their spending, optimize their budgets without compromising their lifestyle, and make more informed financial decisions, including borrowing and investing.
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Product Team Leader to own and drive this product area. You will be responsible for designing and developing impactful features - from core expense tracking and financial reporting to advanced capabilities powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), such as personalized insights and spending predictions.
This role requires more than execution. A Product Team Leader is expected to independently drive product outcomes by combining strong product thinking, data-driven decision-making, and end-to-end ownership - ensuring every initiative delivers meaningful value to both users and the business.

- Own the end-to-end development and performance of the Expense Management product, ensuring meaningful improvements in user engagement, retention, and product adoption
- Take accountability for product outcomes by continuously monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and driving improvements
- Identify high-impact opportunities through user insights, data analysis, and market understanding
- Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, user value, and resource constraints, making informed trade-offs
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to deeply understand user segmentation, behaviors, and journeys
- Translate insights into clear product hypotheses, solutions, and improvement opportunities
- Validate ideas through experimentation (prototype, A/B testing, rapid iteration)
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: from discovery → solution design → development → launch → iteration
- Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to define: User flows, Product requirements, System specifications
- Ensure smooth sprint execution, clear backlog prioritization, and high-quality delivery
- Define and track key product metrics and success indicators
- Work with Data team to build dashboards and monitor product health
- Partner with Business, Design, Engineering, and Data teams to align priorities and deliver impactful solutions
- Communicate product direction, progress, and performance effectively to stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and alignment gaps to ensure execution success

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
- Technical background is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in fintech or financial services
- Strong understanding of personal financial management user behavior and market dynamics
