Team Leader – Design

What you will do
  • Arts Direction
    • Develop and execute a strategy that aligns with our marketing objectives and brand identity.
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business teams to ensure design assets resonate with our users.
  • Campaign Conceptualization
    • Partner with marketing teams to conceptualize and visualize marketing campaigns that tell compelling stories and evoke desired emotions.
    • Translate complex ideas into visually engaging concepts
  • Digital Design Mastery
    • Oversee the creation of design assets optimized for various digital platforms, including websites, apps, social media, online ads, email marketing, and more. Prioritize responsive and user-centered design principles.
  • Brand Tech-Integration
    • Safeguard and elevate the brand’s digital identity by ensuring all design materials align with tech trends, adhere to brand guidelines, and convey the brand’s values.
  • Emerging Technologies
    • Stay ahead of tech and design trends, emerging tools, and industry best practices. Continuously innovate design approaches to reflect the latest technological advancements.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and other creative professionals within our company.
    • Provide creative direction, feedback, and guidance to ensure the team delivers high-quality, consistent, and tech-forward design materials.
  • Project Management
    • Manage design projects from ideation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers.
  • Vendor Partnerships
    • Cultivate relationships with external design agencies, tech-focused freelancers, and vendors to cater to specialized design needs and tech innovation.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus;
  • Proven experience in marketing design, with a robust portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums and campaigns;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of leading creative teams to successful outcomes;
  • Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • Strategic thinking and a deep understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market trends;
  • Exceptional creativity, coupled with strong conceptualization and storytelling abilities.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

Advising the operational and functional departments in all areas of law (intermediary payment, advertising, e-commercial, competition, IT, IP, data privacy, employment, etc.); Drafting, reviewing contracts, and supporting the business on post-contract-related matters arising from collaborations, partnerships, dealerships, customers, and/or procurement agreements; Supporting new business initiatives from a legal perspective, including licensing requirements (related to investment, establishment/modification of branches/business locations, corporate matters, etc.); Develop legal awareness, deliver training, provide legal advice, guidance, and assistance in customer claims, and maintain legal standards and compliance with applicable laws; Monitor and track regulatory news and developments and analyze their impact on the industry & business of the company; Support to conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards; Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager.
