What you will do

• SEO Strategy & Implementation:
• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for MoMo;
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content for targeted keywords;
• Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and designers, to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives;
• Conduct regular audits and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on SEO performance, including traffic trends, keyword rankings, and competitive analysis;
• Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure our SEO strategies remain effective.
• Inbound Marketing:
• Build content strategies to attract, engage and convert relevant target audience into leads;
• Coordinate with media teams to build our customer journey from exploration to conversion;
• Consult our business unit teams on website content and formats to ensure that both branding and business goals are achieved.
• Marketing Effectiveness and Efficiency:
• Analyze the effectiveness of our marketing investment and have step-by-step plans to optimize it over time. 
• Team Building and Leadership:
• Lead a team of 3. Develop growth targets and provide coaching to help team members grow;
• Inspire others with our brand spirit.

What you will need

• Strong background in digital marketing, SEO marketing, performance marketing. At least 5 years working in brand marketing, media agencies or other positions with equivalent experience;
• Experience working with SEO and Inbound tools such as: Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker studio, Ahrens, etc. 
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website architecture;
• Certification in SEO or related fields;
• Experience in fintech, utility apps, e-commerce platforms, financial services (bank, insurance or credit) and lifestyle (travel or entertainment) is a plus;
• Strong analytical skill, result oriented and number driven;
• Good communication skills;
