Senior Executive – Marketing & Performance

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing and Performance Executive to join our Game & Digital Content Team, under Online Payment Business Unit. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for marketing with the digital content and gaming landscape. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, capable of executing impactful marketing strategies that drive engagement, user acquisition, and revenue growth within our gaming and digital content offerings.

What you will do
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, online advertising, and partnerships, to promote our gaming and digital content products;
  • Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insightful reports and recommendations for optimization to maximize user engagement and ROI;
  • Content Creation: Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content, such as graphics, videos, and copy, that effectively communicates the value of our gaming and digital content offerings;
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish strategic partnerships within the gaming and digital content industry to enhance brand visibility, user acquisition, and engagement’;
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our offerings innovative and competitive;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with product teams to provide market insights, user feedback, and competitive analysis to guide the ongoing development and enhancement of gaming and digital content products;
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for optimal campaign results;
  • Reporting and Presentation: Create clear and concise performance reports, presenting findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus;
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the Gaming, Ecommerce, Application, or fintech sectors;
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics tools and platforms;
  • Understanding of advertising operations, SEO, and event organization is an advantage;
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Passion for staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies;
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally.
